USAC has posted the official results for Sundays Psycho Cross in Hawthorn Woods.
As always the time frame to contest the results has expired per the USAC rulebook:
1 P(b) A protest regarding the final results must be made within 15 minutes after the announcement of results.
In other words, read 'em and weap if they are incorrect.

Hello, I'm Paolo, long time reader, 1st time poster (How r ya!?)
I agree with the rule for sure - but I'm more concerned with how 'often' its inaccurate due to the method in which the results are recorded. This past week - I chalk it up to, too many cooks in the kitchen. Three officials deliberating amongst themselves over what place they 'think' the rider came in.
It is getting better each week - I'd like to speed the accuracy issue up by putting a bit more onus on each of us to somehow better report our placing 'with' the official as opposed to solely relying on a race official to do it.
How about each rider has a tag they yank off your back when you roll through...it works miracles at the WORS MTB series of 100s of riders flying through the line.
